We are enrolling patients from around 25 research-active GP surgeries in Bristol, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire, Gloucestershire, Somerset and BANES. If you are potentially eligible and registered with one of the practices below, you may receive an invitation letter through the post, or could talk to your GP about a referral to the study. As practices come on board, their names will be added to the list – so if your surgery is not on there yet, please do check back again later.
